Why Ceesame

Is Ceesame free?
Applying and membership are free. When you say yes to an introduction, a small commitment fee holds your table and covers a welcome when you arrive. There’s no subscription. If the date falls through because of the other person or us, the fee comes back to you as credit.
How do I get an invitation?
Request one here and tell us a little about yourself, or ask a member you know. Every member can invite three people. Either way, we review every application ourselves within 48 hours.
Who is Ceesame for?
Single working professionals aged 23 to 45 in Lagos who are ready for something serious. Every member is confirmed through LinkedIn and signs a declaration that they’re single.
Will anyone know I’m on Ceesame?
Not from us. No one can browse profiles, and only the person we introduce sees yours. Notifications never name your match, and your full name and where you work stay private until you’ve both agreed to meet.
How do you keep dates safe?
Everyone is verified before they can be introduced. Dates happen at partner venues, in public. You chat in the app, so you never have to share your number to meet. If anything about a date feels unsafe, tell us and you’ll get a full refund, whatever else happened.
What if it isn’t a match?
That’s fine, and it happens. The morning after, tell us privately how it went. Only we see it, and it helps us choose better for you next time.
